    1. Yes you can. On a Lease Option you can move in within a couple of days. On Seller Financing it can take 2 – 3 weeks. All of this depends on your down payment that you have available and what it is that you are seeking.

      If you are looking to do a straight purchase with an FHA or conventional loan then that may take 45 – 60 days.

  2. Do you offer properties in Laughlin/Bullhead City?
    We are looking for a lease option on a home & have about $7000 for down & seek at least 5 yrs to refi.

    1. My company is not in Laughlin nor Bullhead City. I primarily stick to the Las Vegas / Henderson area of NV. As a Realtor I could search the MLS. However I only see on Aug. 11, 2016 that there are only 8 properties for sale of which there is only one 2 bedroom condo seeking a lease option.
